Every Florenity piece starts with a conversation. Tell us your idea, share a photo or logo, and we’ll send you a quote — with honest feedback on your image and design — before any work begins.

Your quote request

A quick note on image quality: please upload the clearest, largest version of your image — ideally the original photo, not a screenshot or WhatsApp-compressed copy. We review every image once received and will let you know if the quality is good enough, or help you find a better version.

Your image matters

A beautiful print or engraving starts with a good image. For the best result:

  • Send the original photo or file — not a screenshot or a WhatsApp-forwarded copy (WhatsApp compresses images).
  • Make sure it’s sharp and well lit, with the subject clearly visible.
  • Bigger is better — high-resolution files give crisper results.
  • We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG and HEIC, up to 10MB per file.

Don’t stress about getting it perfect. We review every image once it’s received and will let you know if the quality is good enough — and if it isn’t, we’ll help you find a better version.

What happens next

  1. We review your request — including your image quality — within 1–2 working days.
  2. You receive your quote plus honest feedback on your image and design idea.
  3. You approve, we design — once you’re happy with the quote, we create a design proof for your sign-off. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
  4. We craft and deliver your piece, made with heart.

  • Quotes are free and no-obligation, and stay valid for 14 days.
  • Prices may change if the design, size or quantity changes after quoting.
  • Production only begins once you’ve approved your design proof.
