Clear, fair terms for every order we make.
1. Orders & quotes
Quotes are valid for 14 days. An order is confirmed once you approve the design proof and payment (or the agreed deposit) is received.
2. Artwork & proofs
Please check spelling, names, dates and layout on your proof. Once approved, the proof is final. Low-resolution artwork may need redesign, which can affect price and timing.
3. Copyright
By sending artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. Florenity Living is not liable for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.
4. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with your quote. We accept EFT and other methods as agreed.
5. Turnaround & delivery
Production takes 3–5 working days from proof approval. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier.
6. Returns
See our Returns policy. Personalised items can’t be returned unless defective or made incorrectly by us.
7. Colour & material
Colours may vary slightly from your screen. Natural materials like wood and bamboo have unique grain; small variations are part of each piece’s character.
8. General
These terms are governed by South African law. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act remain unaffected.
